Trivia questions are picked randomly from our bank of 2,000,000 questions so each time you enter the trivia questions may be different.

My phone number, email and address have changed. How do I make these changes to my service profile?

You will need to go to the 'Login' page of www.prize-mania.com and enter your email address you used to sign up as well as password. Once in your account, you can change any of the details of your "My Profile" page. Remember, to make the changes effective, you need to click on the 'Update Profile' button.

I have "Forgot My Password", how do I get a new one?

You simply need to go to the 'Login' page, enter your email address that you used to sign up and then click on 'Forgot password?'. A "reset" email will be sent to you, click on the link, you will then be sent another email with your new password. Enter this new password along with your email address in the "Login" page.

How do I change my Password?

To change your password, you will need to Login in. Once Logged in go to the "My Security Details" page. Enter your old password then enter your new password twice. Remember, to make the changes effective, you will need to click on the "Update" button.

The email enquiries I receive from Prize Mania end up in my 'Junk Mail'. How do I stop this?

To avoid having your Prize Mania emails end up in your junk mail, simply add Prize Mania as a contact or add us to your safe sender's list. If you are using Outlook, click on Actions >Junk Mail >Junk Mail Options >Safe Sender's - then type “@prize-mania.com in the text box and click OK. For other email programs, search Help for details on how to do this.

I have tried to sign up and the system tells me that the email address is already in use. What does this mean?

Prize Mania uses the email address that a user signed-up with as their unique username. If you receive this message it means that you have already used this email address to create an account with Prize Mania. You have either signed up for a service profile or a customer account. This means that you may have to sign-up with a new email address or cancel your other account and sign-up for a new account.
