Prize-Mania.com is a Web site operated by Prize-Mania Ltd. Your use of this Web site is subject to the following terms and conditions, which by using the Web site you are deemed to accept.

All competitions are open to all persons over the age of 18 except for Prize-Mania employees or members of their immediate family, connected companies or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.
All competitions either have a set number of participants in each given competition or provide a predetermined closing date.
On registering with Prize-Mania and when entering any competition each applicant agrees to have read and fully understood these rules and to be bound by them. The competition is governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction
When playing the competition, follow the on-screen instructions and play the competition as outlined in the guidelines shown to you on the screen. When you are ready to take the test follow the on-screen instructions to provide your contact details.
All participants are automatically entered onto Prize-Mania database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their competition, as well as for any future promotions, competitions or deals offered by Prize-Mania.
Winners of the competitions will be displayed on the web site as title, surname and area e.g. Mrs. Jones from London for acceptance of the prize, for promotional reasons on our site. Winners will be deemed to give Prize-mania a perpetual irrevocable license to use their names or images in future promotions, unless prohibited by law.
The winning participant will be notified by e-mail. An e-mail will sent to the participants registered e-mail address or telephone number given in the contact details within 20 days of the closing date of the relevant competition. Any entrant may check the results of competitions completed within the last 12 months at our website http://www.Prize-Mania.com.
Following receipt and verification of the details above by the Promoter, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.
Prize-Mania Ltd will store the chosen prize free of charge for 7 days after notifying the winner, at the end of which time the prize will be delivered to the winner. In the European Union and the UK the prize will be delivered with UK Vat paid. But any other taxes/import duties/registration costs due will be the responsibility of the prizewinner. In all other countries the prize will be shipped (net of all taxes) to the address on our data base and any applicable import duties/taxes/registration costs due in the destination country will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
Unless otherwise stated, Prize-Mania reserves the right to substitute a cash amount for the chosen prize or a substantially equivalent value. This is at Prize-Mania’s discretion. Otherwise prizes are as stated.
By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competitions.
